dureza<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Esencialmente, la dureza es solo una medida de qu\u00e9 tan bien se desempe\u00f1a un material en una prueba de dureza determinada.\u00a0Como resultado, prueba de dureza Rockwell es un m\u00e9todo de prueba de dureza r\u00e1pido, que se utiliza principalmente para garantizar la calidad y el control de la producci\u00f3n.&nbsp;Utiliza un cono de diamante o una bola de acero para aplicar primero una carga menor de alrededor de 10 kgf antes de aplicar una carga mayor adicional;&nbsp;t\u00edpicamente, superando los 60 kg siendo la mas utilizada la escala Rockwell C con una carga de 150kgf.&nbsp;La medici\u00f3n del cambio permanente en profundidad desde la l\u00ednea de base menor permite a los ingenieros calcular el n\u00famero de dureza de Rockwell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prueba de dureza Brinell<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al igual que la escala de Rockwell, las pruebas de dureza Brinell generalmente se refieren a cargas m\u00e1s grandes que se acercan a una fuerza m\u00e1xima nominal de 3000 kgf, lo que requiere una punta de penetraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande y m\u00e1s dura.&nbsp;Los penetradores Brinell tienen puntas esf\u00e9ricas de carburo de tungsteno que dejan una impresi\u00f3n relativamente amplia y profunda en las superficies.&nbsp;Como resultado, la prueba de dureza Brinell se usa generalmente para muestras m\u00e1s grandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prueba de dureza Knoop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;prueba de dureza&nbsp;Knoop&nbsp;se desarroll\u00f3 espec\u00edficamente para permitir caracterizaciones de muestras delgadas o fr\u00e1giles como cer\u00e1micas o revestimientos de superficies.&nbsp;Las cargas pesadas y los penetradores esf\u00e9ricos y robustos de los dos m\u00e9todos de prueba de dureza penetradores en forma de bola de los probadores de dureza a escala de producci\u00f3n.&nbsp;Una sonda Vickers es una pir\u00e1mide uniforme que se presiona en una superficie y se deja reposar durante
